Neele Dellschaft's long poem "Nantes" is the fourth chapbook in our microseries. Dellschaft's attention turns to the experience of living somewhere as a foreigner: to passing, to being silent, to the ways in which one's foreignness constrains the body and the tongue, and to what degree one's bodily appearance allows one to go unnoticed or unremarked upon. "Nantes" moves fluidly between prose and lineation, between matter-of-fact attempts to observe the surroundings in which the speaker finds herself and imagistic representations of the intersection between the self and the world. An excerpt is pictured.

Because microseries chapbooks can be sent in a regular envelope, no delivery confirmation service is available. But that also means that shipping is relatively inexpensive! (And, if you order a microseries chapbook in combination with other things, the microseries chapbook won't add shipping to your order.)
